We may follow many different paths throughout our lives. They may be straight and narrow routes, or wide and meandering passageways. At times, we struggle uphill, and other times we coast downhill with ease.

Sometimes, we lose our way and need help to find the right path. Pathways Healing embraces the many paths we take in our journey to become whole.

I am a Registered Acupuncturist, a Certified Acupuncture Health Professional, a Registered Cupping Therapist, a Tibetan-Usui and Karuna® Reiki Master and intuitive healer and reader. Please see my services page to find out more about what I can offer you.

As a child, I had special gifts. I heard things that no one else heard, and saw things that no one else saw. I had premonitions and dreams that came true, and felt I could communicate with animals and nature. I was often told that I had a big imagination, or that I was a day dreamer. In my late twenties, I finally learned to accept and develop these gifts. I began reading tarot cards for friends and family, and slowly became known as someone who could “talk to spirits.” Soon after, I began reading professionally.

My readings always centered around personal and spiritual healing. Then, several years ago, I discovered the healing power of Reiki, or perhaps it found me. I knew immediately that this was what I was meant to do; I was to share this beautiful, relaxing art with as many souls as possible. Healing is now my primary focus.

I have slowly moved away from doing readings and more towards healing the underlying energy that causes a person to want a reading. I still work intuitively in my Reiki and energy healing practice, and I will pass on any messages that come through while I am working with clients.

Being naturally intuitive, I am able to “see” the body’s energy system as I work on a person.  I see the colours of auras, and chakras. I receive symbolic visions of what is happening within someone, physically, mentally and emotionally. I am often aware of higher beings who offer guidance and assist in the healing process.

I completed my Reiki Master level in June of 2003, and have been teaching and learning ever since. There is always more to discover and share. I am registered with the Canadian Reiki Association and carry the designation RT-CRA (Registered Teacher, Canadian Reiki Association. I am also a Registered Karuna Reiki Master (KRM®). I have also trained in several other energy healing methods such as Reiki Drum Healing, Sound Healing, Learning Path Integrated Technique and Axiatonal Alignment Therapy. In January of 2011 I completed my training in acupuncture and earned my Diploma in Acupuncture(D.Ac.). I am A Registered Acupuncturist(R.Ac.) with the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists of Ontario. I am registered with the Canadian Examining Board of Health Care Practitioners as a Certified Acupuncture Health Practitioner (C.A.H.P.) I am also trained in cupping therapy and registered with  Cupping Therapy.org. I am currently studying at Eight Branches Academy of Eastern Medicine on a part-time basis to continue to deepen my understanding of Traditional Chinese Medicine.

I firmly believe that everyone can access intuitive guidance and inner knowing. Learning to follow your own inner guidance can help you to feel more peaceful and confident in yourself.
