Facial Cupping for Professionals – description

Become a professional facial cupping practitioner!

This class is designed for Estheticians, Registered Massage Therapists, Acupuncturists, and other health care professionals and massage and body workers. Basic knowledge of anatomy and experience treating people in a clinical or spa environment is necessary to participate.

Facial cupping therapy is a relaxing and rejuvenating technique that can take years off of your appearance. When done properly, it is a safe and effective method of toning the muscles of the face, bringing more circulation to the tissues and stimulating the production of collagen. Everyone is slightly different and results may vary.

Facial cupping is a positive addition to your business. Facial cupping works best when clients have weekly treatments for 6 to 8 weeks and then come in for follow-up treatments every month or two thereafter. Your clients will look and feel great and keep coming back for more! Facial cupping is also relatively easy on your body, giving you a break from other more strenuous forms of therapy.

Watch Bonnie’s video to learn more about facial cupping therapy.

This course covers:

  • Background info on facial cupping and how to perform it
  • Contraindications and safety tips
  • Facial, neck and upper chest cupping for cosmetic use and for sinus conditions, TMJ, stiff neck and headache relief
  • Practice time
  • An instruction manual

Important note: Cupping is not a replacement for medical care. Those who are physically weak or frail may not be suited to cupping therapy. Those who are pregnant, undergoing chemotherapy, adiation, or treatment for any severe disease such as liver or kidney failure should not do cupping.
If you are unsure if this course is right for you, contact Bonnie before registering.
