Feeling Out of Balance?
I have been working to help balance the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual balance of people for almost 15 years. People come to see me in waves. One week it might be all about stiff necks. The next it is all about digestive problems. This past week has been focused on balancing.
Balancing issues often occur with the change of seasons. I have studied in several differing energetic systems. In some systems the seasons relate to certain directions and elements and also to different emotional states.
For example, in the fall, the emotions associated would be sadness and grief. We in Canada can completely understand how we could be sad with the loss of the summer weather!
It is easy to fall (pun intended) into a feeling of sadness in the autumn. It seems this past week, it is also easy to take that feeling a little further and become out of balance and a little scattered. At least half of my clients have reported feeling this way.
Fortunately for them, there are many ways I can help them to come more into balance. I have acupuncture points for emotional balance, and for releasing anger, frustration and stress. I also have some great points for alleviating depression, sadness and anxiety. All of these things are commonly addressed in Chinese Medicine.
I have cupping therapy for those stress tightened muscles and no matter what kind of work you ask me for, you will be getting some Reiki mixed into it.
Reiki is very relaxing, soothing and nourishing. All of those people who came in this week, not quite knowing how to explain why they were feeling so out of sorts, left saying, “Thanks, I feel so much better now!”
I am just happy that I have the bag of tricks to help them out.
