I almost never watch TV, but I finished work and my children are out of town with their uncle for the day and I was just watching Dr. Oz. They talked about how relaxing for up to an hour per day dramatically reduces the risk of heart disease. When we are stressed our arteries contract and restrict blood flow. Reiki anyone? The main objective and benefit of a Reiki session is relaxation. Or better yet, learn Reiki for yourself so you can do it every day!
