Psychometry is a method of tuning into the vibrations of an object to try and gain psychic information about its owner or history.

This guided meditation exercise will help you learn how to do simple psychometry. It’s a fun and easy way to open up to your psychic abilities.

You will need someone to give you an object that you know nothing about. Natural materials are usually easier to work with. You may even wish to have them give you something that does not belong to them. If you have no idea who the owner is, you will have no preconceived ideas about the object and you will know that all information you are getting is completely new and is coming from your intuitive self.
